What We Are Looking For
The Snark Side is primarily a raiding guild. We are focused on 8-person raiding content while it is still current. We are looking for people:
- who want to raid and prioritize raiding in-game (casually…)
- who are applying with their primary character
- for whom SWTOR is their primary game
This doesn’t mean that you can’t have any outside interests! Several of our guildmates play other games on the side or have alts on other servers to play casually with coworkers. But we all consider raiding with Snark Side as our primary in-game priority and we are seeking members who feel the same way.
Applying to the Snark Side
Before applying be sure to read our rules and policies carefully to make sure you are a good fit.
Please register for our forums and fill out an application. One of our charming recruiters will be in touch with you.
If we like your application and wish to move forward with the process, you will be contacted for an interview, where any interested members of the guild will ask a few more in-depth questions about anything brought up on your application. This will give us all a chance to get a feel for personality as well.
The recruiter will then let you know the result of that interview, typically within 24 hours.
If invited, you will have a trial period of approximately one month. Please note that this is only an approximation and the trial period may be extended (for example, if a recruit is out of town for two weeks out of that first month). A trial member must have a ship in order to be promoted to full member. We think this shows the basic level of commitment to the server and the guild – and also is necessary for participating in most group content.
If, at any point, we decline an applicant, we will provide a brief explanation of why we are declining (for example, we might just not need your class/role at present and would invite you to check back with us in a few months if everything else on your application looked good).
